    SocialHub is a social media management platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Our Service includes AI-powered content generation, brand kit management, analytics, and scheduling features.

    3. Account Registration

    To use our Service, you must:

    • Be at least 16 years of age
    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    4. User Content

    You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through our Service ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

    6. Social Media Platform Compliance

    When connecting third-party social media accounts, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each platform. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts or content, including account suspension or content removal.

    7. AI-Generated Content

    Our Service includes AI-powered content generation features. While we strive to provide helpful suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice and may require editing for accuracy and appropriateness.

    8. Subscription and Payment

    Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

    • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
    • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
    • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
    • Refunds are provided at our discretion
    • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

    9. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by B-Squared Technologies and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B-SQUARED TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B-Squared Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

    17. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
